How do I book an appointment?

Each month, anywhere from two to three in-studio dates and times are released. These appointments are first come first serve so be on the lookout on social media for release dates. Click here to book!

Pop up locations, dates, and times are released in conjunction with a retail store and will be announced when they are finalized. Have a location in Oklahoma you want us to visit? We love to travel so reach out to us with potential locations.

What can I expect at my appointment?

When you arrive you will fill out an order form and make your impression selections. We’ll take the impressions and take it from there! Appointments last 15 minutes.

How many pieces can I create during one appointment?

We recommend booking one 15 minute in-studio appointment for every three items you wish you purchase. However, we’ll make as many items as you wish during your scheduled time!

Can I bring my pet to my impression appointment?

Yes! Please have your dog on a leash and have treats on hand, if needed.

How long before I get my final impression back?

Due to the delicate nature of the clay and the custom, handmade to order design process, it takes anywhere from 6 - 8 weeks from start to finish. We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Cash, check, card, or Venmo.

What happens if my piece gets damaged?

While not frequent, due to the delicate nature of the clay and high temperatures of the kiln, cracking or glazing imperfections can occur. In this instance, you will be notified and your piece will be remade at no additional charge.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes! Purchase gift certificates here. Hard copies of gift certificates are also available at pop ups or can be purchased in person.
